Mozilla Firefox Presents: ROCK THE BOAT: WOMEN TALK THE RISING TIDES OF INTERNET ACTIVISM

Mozilla Firefox is now twice as fast, so what better way to celebrate than to talk about the power of internet activism with a bunch of change-making women on the Firefox Fast Ferry between Manhattan and Brooklyn? Hosted by writer and editor Lily Herman, this event will feature a panel of five women giving the deets on how they organize, inspire, and empower people using the World Wide Web.

 Event speakers include lawyer and Resistance Manual co-founder Aditi Juneja, filmmaker and Light Leaks founder Kim Hoyos, author Maureen Johnson, Run For Something co-founder Amanda Litman, and Her Agenda digital director Chasity Cooper.
